I use AmeriSpec religiously, but this was my first time using this location. I was referred to this location by another AmeriSpec because they could not service the address I needed for this transaction. I scheduled the inspection for my buyer, gave listing agent 48 hours notice. Listing agent was notified by Amerispec where she then called this location and MOVED our inspection to a later time in the day (that my buyer would not be able to attend at this later time) and instead of running it by me or the buyer, WHOM AMERISPEC WORKED FOR IN THIS TRANSACTION, I was notified via voicemail that it had been moved. Inspector showed up 2 hours early to the property, called me to ask me for access information to Supra, I encouraged him to call the listing agent to verify access and if access was available that early.. he would not, so I had to do this for him. Inspection took ONE HOUR on a 2800 square foot home, the report was the least in depth report I have ever received. I value Amerispec for their thorough inspections and reports. Inspector must not have turned on pipes to check for leaks because shared bath wasn't used by sellers as they didn't have kids; first time the faucet was turned on by my buyer upon move in, the faucet began to flood the basement because a leak was clearly existent and not checked for. Just disappointed with the staff and process all around. Who I recommend to my clients goes a long way, and it didn't reflect well on me this go around and cost my client money in missed repairs.
Inspection was very thorough. It was a pleasure to work with the inspector he was knowledgeable he was able to walk us through the different aspects of the house and the concerns he had.

Prompt, professional services
I really don't know as this is the first time doing this. I did agree to have the technician come early but then he arrived almost an hour earlier than we arranged. Other than that it was fine. One thing you might want to mention to your people is scent sensitivities. Jesse had fairly strong scented product on and both of us are scent sensitive.
