En fait j'ai trouvé l'inspection trop longue pour la grandeur de propriété et lorsque l'acheteuse posait des questions l'inspecteur disait ''laisse moi faire mon travail''. Elle avait peur d'oublier ses questions et puisque c'est elle qui paie il me semble que c'est la moindre des choses qu'elle puisse poser des questions. Bref au début je trouvais l'inspecteur rigoureux et ça me plaisait mais plus ça avançais plus je le sentais stressé.

Our inspector Jason was a very knowledgeable and professional man. I would highly recommend him and his services. He was friendly and patient . He answered all of our questions and explained everything to us. He volunteered his services for when we move in for any additional questions or concerns that arise and that he would also come by the house to help any way he can with our concerns.
In all my time that I've used a home inspector I've never come across someone like him. I would highly recommend this company and ask for Jason.

The documents that I received through e-mail wre not accessible for my screen reader in light of my disability. I sent an e-mail to Graem and did not ehar back. As a result, I did not feel like I was fully in-the-know. As it turned out, the windows that I got wre not good enough for the rebate so I lost out. That is only one example where I culd have been better informed. Also, when my brother used your services, the Auditor went around with an inred camera and showed my brother where the leaks were but Graem doe snot do that. Also, the Auditor told my borther the results after the second audit was finished. Yet, Graem said that he has to send in the results to the office for them to crunch the numbers. The variation on how your Auditors is not good. The documents that were sent to me by e-mail seemed to be images that were scanned in and my screen reader cannot work with those types of files.
Clare was very thorough during the home inspection.
