Great Service! Jason did a very thorough Inspection and took his time explaining everything to my clients. They answer texts and phone calls very quickly and was able to book with them the day and time we needed them. I definitely recommend them!

The AmeriSpec home inspector was clearly very experienced and methodical. He explained how he would go about inspecting the home and invited us to follow him, if we desired. He patiently explained what he was seeing as he made his notes and took pictures. We received the detailed report in 24 hours, as promised.
