We really like the fact that he went over everything and was very thorough. Pictures were very clear and the explanation he gave with the pictures were really good. Then he was able to show us on the walk through exactly what the pictures meant which gave us a better understanding!
As being first time home buyers he made it very easy for us to understand everything he found. We were very impressed by how nice and personable he was, it made us feel very comfortable. We also had an audience both my parents as well as my husbands parents were there and he really included them and answered their questions as well. My father cannot hear and tries to keep up in a conversation and unfortunately he cannot but he was not showing the frustration I had on him jumping off beat with other questions!! It can get frustrating at times and he still was very professional yet personal at the same time!! Man deserves a raise after that inspection!!!!
