22 Munro Inspector multiple issues Inspector called right at meeting time to state he had busy schedule and didnt want to run out of time and be late for next appointment. During the home inspection he picked up calls interrupting questions and conversations with his customer who was on limited time schedule and too polite to say anything. He used poor methodology on differential testing for AC system and rather than recheck as standard simply argued. Didn't seem to understand how to read moisture meter. When checking a suspected water stain he was determined to get a "wet reading" so banged and slammed his meter around area until it "indicated wetness". Please read his contradictions in his report which matched his contradictions when discussing the moisture test. The issues caused unwelcome stress and unnecessary time and expensive for both buyer and seller. Licensed HVAC check proved out Differential was within mfg spec. Water stain on drywall was two years old from original construction. After 1.5 hours of reinspect from qualified contractor no source of water and drywall proved to be consistent moisture through out entire room and other rooms in home.
Inspector was courteous and helpful with any questions. Inspection was thorough.

Great customer service, inspector was very informative, thorough, and punctual (even arrived early). Everything went exactly as I was told it would, and the information binder was a nice touch at the end.
Your inspectors are thorough and provide great information without scaring my buyers to death. Unfortunately some inspectors only give bad info without mentioning what is good. Also some inspectors skip items that your inspections cover which provides more information for my buyers.

They are thorough and provide helpful tips to the buyer
The front door is failing and has to be replaced.....$526 for the door and then will need to be painted. ALL the windows have to be fixed so that they open and close correctly. The back door to the garage doesn't stayed open but shuts on its own. None of these things were mentioned in the report. I'm not happy about the inspection at all.
The inspection is not rushed and Lance takes the time to explain things to the buyers when they are at the home.
