The products and services are convienent and "user friendly". There are tons of great attire and some good discounts.

Stephan gave us wonderful service. He was very professional and helpful. We came to the shop the day before the event and he was very reassuring and made the rental happen. He also "fielded" a call from a frustrated isomer while we were in the shop. He handled the call and those of us waiting with calm and professionalism. I would definitely go to Friar's again.
