On the day we came in to rent a tux for my son's Winter Formal the store was very busy. We were greeted and the staff aologized for the wait. Several times they let us know how many people were in fornt of us. Although we did have to wait, we knew we would be well taken care of by the way the staff was handling others before us.
Sure enough . . . service was great! The fitting was flawless and my son was a hit at the dance! Thanks so much.
