The salespeople were very helpful and they made the process of getting fitted for a tuxedo very smooth and easy.
Great service from beginning to end. Fitting stylist was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Final fitting and pick up went well, small hiccup with the pants. Staff placed new order and came back 2 days later to pick up new pants and change in bow tie color. Drop off was very quick and easy.

Julian and Marco were wonderful to work with - they were incredibly professional throughout the entire process. I actually have already sent a compliment to the Friar website to acknowledge both of them. I am happy to give another compliment, though, about how kind they both were to my family. I was a stressed mother and they addressed all my questions with patience.
Both times I went to the store it was busy, due to all the tuxes needed for proms. Even though they had a great deal to do with all the other customers, they took time with me and all my numerous questions. Please acknowledge the staff at the Huntington Beach location. They all stood out as exceptional employees. Julian and Marco helped my son and I especially want to highlight their incredible quality of service.

Staff was helpful and efficient and the tux was perfect!
I had a big group with me shopping for tuxedo rentals. Friar Tux of Chula Vista took care of it all, including shoes and new sock go wear on the special day.

I was given great service and looked great in my Tux rental (wife said so). I don't always carry a phone, so the check-in QR code system might deter some boomers from using Friar Tux.
Your staff, while extremely busy, was polite and calm. They were professional under stressful conditions.
