2 of the guys that worked there are super customer service oriented and help me out a lot when I got the wrong sizes they got me the another size and paid attention to wether it look great and how it made me feel and that's what customer service it all about. I dealt with other workers there but only them two went above and beyond.

The staff was amazing at helping my son who is 10 to get into a suite that would fit him for his school event. The person helping him out was patient . They had a good selection and even provided suggestions. Definitely coming again.
The staff, especially Cody and I believe his manager (didn’t get the name but has a high school aged child because we talked about school threats on the news) we’re absolutely amazing! We will definitely be back for homecoming and any weddings or occasions we need formal wear. Thank you!

Friar Tux-Las Vegas made it so easy and simple to rent out a tux and the staff is welcoming and the environment in the store is calm which I enjoyed. I will definitely keep coming here even though it’s not close to my area.

First of all, the staff in person was amazing. When we originally did everything online we were a bit scared. We’re Canadian and planned our elopement in Las Vegas it was a bit scary not being there in person and confirming. They couldn’t have been more helpful.
From the first phone call to returning the tuxedo, the whole process was easy and pleasant. My son wanted a tuxedo for his elementary school graduation and it was a last minute decision. Friar Tux was more than accommodating, extremely professional and the staff was very courteous. I will absolutely use them again in the future for any of my suit or tuxedo needs.

Everything was so easy and amazing. We live in Texas but came in to try on a suit while we were visiting San Diego… absolutely the best suit we had seen and the customer experience was out of this world awesome! We had to do it. We were worried about the whole shipping process and weren’t sure but it turned out to be the best! A couple guys had to get replacements of a piece for fitting and had no issues calling and getting it shipped out it was an amazing experience. If I ever need to rent a suit again I will always come here first!!
