The woman who cut my hair was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Her name was Sandra (unsure of last name) but she constantly had a smile on her face and it seemed like she really enjoys her job. It was at the location in Huntington Beach, CA.
My hair stylist is highly skilled, professional and friendly.
I asked for a #2 men’s buzz cut all around.
My stylist missed a lot of places on my head.
Lots of little hairs were left sticking up everywhere.
I had to get a haircut somewhere else the following day to fix the mistakes.

I’ve been coming to this location for 4+ yrs. the past two have been the best due to Sandra, as there have been changes over the years, I appreciate her professionalism and not to mention the cut is perfect every time.

Sandra was great with my 3 year old grandson. First time he’s gotten a haircut and hasn’t freaked out!
Better online booking system or phone app like Supercuts. Reduce haircut price or offer coupons like Supercuts. I get minium $3-$5 bucks off randomly from Supercuts. Improve seating to be more comfortable and not so tight next to customers sitting shoulder to shoulder.

Sandra, the assistant manager of the Edinger location, is an amazing stylist, patient communicator, and prompts conversation with the most reluctant clients...teenage boys. She is a gem.
