The stylist that I saw, Unique, was very efficient. The other stylist working was not very efficient at all and causing more wait time than necessary for customers as she was on her phone and not very attentive getting to the next customer. This was poor customer service overall for the store, but Unique was top notch.
The stylists are good, the price is right, free clean ups around the neck, ubiquity, and a great atmosphere at each location.
We love our stylist, Donna. I like the online check-in feature and the sports on tv.
