For the first time in five years going to sports clips I didn’t get the MVP As the stylist had a regular customer walk in one minute behind me. Instead of rushing me out the door I told her she could hand me off to someone who cares. She just wanted to move on to her regular client. Her tip reflected it. I have always been to franchises locations in Nevada but I now see after moving to California why others think the people here are rude. They are

The stylist knew exactly what I wanted even though I didn't. She was very friendly and good at her job.
Donna is so patient with my son and is so calm. There used to be tears and it was horrific but once we found Donna it got better. So good that on Saturday this week there were no tears. It was awesome!!!! He is 4 and hates getting his haircut. Donna is the best. And she is always kind to me and doesn't make me feel embarrassed when my son is crying.

The service and environment. The service, to include haircut, friendliness, attentiveness, mvp package is always to notch. It is for this reason i have always recommended sport clips to friends and family.

The worker who cut my hair wasn't friendly, had an attitude( in every process, did not take my opinion of my hair when I told i wanted to be changed), didn't take directions well and did a bad job cutting my hair I plan to go to another business just to get my hair how I like it.
I was charged more than what my regular barber charges, but when I got home realized all the problems with the haircut and beard trim. It was extremely sloppy and overall I was not happy. Had to take family photos that same day, and just wasn’t happy or confident with what I was given. The fading, was terrible and my beard lines were completely crooked. It was almost equivalent to a Supercuts or a fantastic sams. I should’ve known better walking into a barbershop where majority of the men going in were balding.

Donna Martin gave me the best hair cut I have had in a long time! She was very kind and sweet and was polite. I left sport clips with a smile on my face

The lady was a jerk I told her I was getting married and needed to look good. I was told it was a good place to get hair done I paid 20$ plus’s a tip to look like crap. My bride mom dad nd friends took me to another place it was so bad and had to spend 15$ and tip. Or happy will never go back. I’ll cut my own hair before I go back

My back-up shop is Supercuts only if my regular stylist at SportClips (Silvia at HB-Edinger) is on vacation. I like the Supercuts App for checking in and website as well and the coupons they offer are great deals. These are areas I feel SportClips is missing.

Sports clips is unique in the sense that it has a salon feel but for guys. I’m not a sports guy but I like the banter and the ambience from the stylists. Most importantly, and the real reason I value this particular sports clips, is because of Sandra Boling. She is amazing and I always look forward to getting my hair cut from her.
