Make sure your app is working correctly. App said my stylist would be ready in 15 minutes, 10 minutes later I arrived at the shop, and then waited 30 minutes - very frustrating!!

Sondra and Ashley give the best service, no wonder there is a 1.5 hour wait. I didn’t even mind because they are super nice, funny, and give the best hair cuts around. Thanks everyone.
I scheduled an appointment online. The appointment time was first available person and was told to show at 2pm. When I arrived 5 minutes early. I noticed I was at the top of the board “next up”. I processed to watch 3 more customers taken in front of me. On the three customer my status changed from next up to 32 minutes on with a stylist name attached. I’m thinking in my WTF. I realized there is absolutely no benefit in selecting first available as it seeming everyone was taking their requests. Needless to say after a customer was finished, I proceeded to express my concerns with Sandra. She immediately took me and she was outstanding.
Honestly, I believe the reservation system needs to be worked on. In this day and age if there are a few stylists with reservations and the customer is selecting first available the system should be smart enough to say these two are booked so I’m automatically dropping this customer to this stylist. Don’t make the customer sit and be bypassed for 30 minutes. Especially, when we don’t want to be hanging out.
The service and the products are a first rate. But work keeps me coming back is the ability to book online and check in from the app. This minimizes the time I have to wait
I think that sports clips has errored on the side of caution with this make believe pandemic. I will continue to go but good god loosen the reins
