Great customer service and friendly environment
Rosa has cut my hair a few times and always a good cut.
Price is a bit outrageous in my opinion, ended up spending $48+ dollars & tips on just two haircuts for my brother and I however; the quality of the haircuts that we've gotten far exceeded my expectations, if the price was lowered I would get my haircuts here every time.
My haircut looked great ... and that’s what matters most to me .
I like being able to check in before I arrive to cut down on waiting times. I also really the job my stylist, Rachel, does.

Can be a more relaxing experience if, when starting the water for the shampooing after the cut, the stylist NOT blast the water on at its most forceful rate. The water hitting the sink makes a most disagreeable, sudden noise.
All SC personnel should be instructed about all specials being offered. I waited to get an MVP haircut on a Tuesday to receive the $5.00 discount, even mentioned "Hey, it's discount Tuesday, isn't it?" to my cutter, but did not receive the "bonus."
If it's economically feasible, obtain local regulatory permission to give straight-razor cuts, trims, shaves, even if it's just on the neck and/or around the ears. If SC could make a menthol/mint shave cream that smells and tingles like your tea(?) shampoo, that'd be very refreshing!
The recliner chairs are not the most comfortable, especially when it comes to the resting of my neck on the sink edge. If the chairs could be elevated just a couple inches, the sharp angle to rest my head on the sink's scoop-out would be reduced.

I wouldn't say disappointed. I had a coupon for a free haircut or half off for new clients. Apparently I had been to sports clips four or five years ago and I did not remember it. So the cost was a bit of a shock.
But to get a haircut, bath and a tiny message it wasn't to bad.
Rachel did a great job, walked out feeling like a new man.

My son's hair was cut by a woman who had never cut it before. My wife took both my boys to get hair cut at the same time. Anyway the woman cutting my son's hair told my wife that she saw the notes and would follow that direction. She obviously can't cut hair or doesn't know the first thing about boys hair cuts. I had to return to have it fixed when I got home from work the next day. Went back to the same location and another hairdresser who cut my younger son's hair at the same time as the one with the bad hair willingly helped out and immediately fixed the awful haircut. Amazing that the second hairdresser actually knew how to cut hair and did an excellent job. Disipointed in the fact that I have to pay the outrageous price of roughly 20 dollars for a hair cut that was done completely against what the notes said and the fact that the woman that cut it the first time obviously is not a hairdresser by any means. Even if she didn't follow the notes she should have known it looked horrible.
Great haircut and boy did that shampoo and scalp treatment feel good.
