It was great to walk in and have the stylist understand exactly what I was asking for. I had a horrible experience at Great Clips so I decided to try out this this and I am glad that I did. Thanks Rosa for a great cut and understanding!

Great service and cut
Personal conversations between employees were not appropriate. There was bickering between my stylist (I believe a manager) and other employees about tardiness, un-cleaned dishes, borrowed products, and other personnel issues. The tone was very rude and derogatory. Also made a comment to my wife when she came in, that was burying into a personal matter between us and spoke rudely to my wife. My wife spent 20 minutes trying to register my daughter for camp and came up to me frustrated cause she couldn’t. When she asked me, I said I had already created an account for her. Wife was a little frustrated. The stylist interjected with “hey, at least he tried and did something.” Which my wife took very rude. All in all, haircut was great, but environment was not good.

I don’t buy the products but the services are good. Only complaint is that the “No wait” sign is almost always on and there almost always a wait. Very misleading.

My stylist Elizabeth is amazing. She knows who I am and takes amazing care of me each time. She isn’t just my stylist now she is a friend. I’ve tried other chains and they don’t provide the friendly atmosphere or do my hair nearly as well as Elizabeth. Plus as an entrepreneur and Dad of 2 kids under 5, the Triple Play is my time to relax for a few minutes. It’s awesome!

All your barbers should know how to properly edge and do fades, especially when all they do is guys hair cuts!! If they can't edge correctly they shouldn't be allowed to cut hair there.
