Friendly service with a smile and a real nice haircut.
My barber slaughtered my hair. My back is crooked. She cut me while trimming my beard and did not fade the side to the top at all like I asked. She did not listen to or understand what I asked for at all. It didn’t seem like she knew how to cut mans hair.
I enjoy getting my haircut and the conversations with my stylist.
I was recommended a shampoo/conditioner set that will help with my type of hair from Shannon. In the matter of a few days I have seen a complete difference and am so happy! You need more people like her

Sheri provided a GREAT experience today. She was personable, inviting, professional, thorough . . . . she gave me a great haircut & shampoo (her scalp massage while shampooing was incredible).
It was a great 20 to 30 minute haircut experience - one I would imagine could be the measuring stick as to what was envisioned when Sports Clips was started.

I used to go to sports clips for all my haircuts. Generally good quality with haircut shampoo including tip for under $30. Now, though, the minimum tip option is $7, making the entire haircut $31. That’s a 29% tip on an already highly priced haircut. I will look like a jerk if I select a reasonable $5 tip. Don’t really want to feel like a jerk when I get my haircut. The quality is not much better than Supercuts or great clips and your price point is $10-15 more now. Just not worth it anymore. My local great clips is good enough. Costs me $18 including tip. You guys have now priced yourselves out of my business.
The lady I received my haircut from was very fast and professional, however her haircut was lackluster. I had an unevenness to my fade, and near the hard part, there was hair that she missed, and missed again even after the shampoo. I love sports clips but I gotta watch some of yalls people, they really shouldn't be cutting hair. Please dona better job hiring your staff!

My stylist, Shannon was very friendly from the beginning of my cut to the end. She is very skilled and adhered any request I had.
The haircut was great. Haircut person was very nice and talkative, and they fulfilled all my requests. Great experience, I will definitely come back here again.
When I check in online, there’s no way to see who is working and I enjoy both getting my haircut by Blanca and our conversations. About 3 haircuts ago (roughly 3 months) I got my haircut by someone who wasn’t Blanca and they used a close shaver on my neck. I can appreciate getting as close to the skin as possible, however, it has irritated my skin on the back on my neck, possibly from pressing down so hard and now I have these pimple like sores on my neck that won’t seem to go away. In addition to that, everyone seems to point it out to me, now making me self conscious about it. Only reason I give it a 5 and not a 1 is because Blanca never made this happen and everyone seemed to compliment me whenever I received a haircut from her.

Worst haircut ever. Stylist did not listen to how I asked for the haircut to be and cut it to short. Haircut was unevenly cut in certain places. Did not follow prior notes. Will never be back to this sport clips location ever again even if they offered a free haircut. I now have to go somewhere else to get haircut fixed before the holidays.
I made an online check-in on 12/17/19, requesting the next available stylist, and was told to come immediately, which I did. When I arrived I found that I was 2nd on the list and the first had not yet been seated. I asked why I was told to come immediately, only to find an unacceptable wait. I was told that walk-ins had come in before me, so I had to wait. This defeats the whole online check-in benefit, which is why I started using your company. There is another barber that is closer to me and charges less than you. He will also be there long term, but I have rarely seen the same stylist twice at your business, as they come and go very quickly with your company.
