This is different from a traditional barbershop in that they do amazing things to make your hair look the way you want it instead of just getting it cut; plus the shampoo, etc. is great!

You need more employees like Amber. She always remembers little details about the last time we talked, so coming to SportClips is like coming to hang at a friend’s house. She is warm and welcome, always has good tips and suggestions for my hair and takes the time to ask good questions and listen.

First off The young lady who trims my beard is GREAT, however the price to now trim my beard is UNACCEPTABLE!! There’s a separate charge for the 5star buzzer!!! A beard trim at sport clips should not be this expensive! I will be looking for a new place to go.

The two employees at the store were very patient and thoughtful to every customer. Customer service is what I liked the best about sportclips
I usually go to Sports Clips Citrus Park, however the North Dale Mabry location was more convenient for me the day I went there. I was greeted promptly and had made the reservation on line, so the wait time was very good. The lady giving me the cut did a fairly good job but she did not take much time and I felt it was a little rushed. When checking out the charge came up to $29 and as a senior it is usually $22, so I needed to remind her of this and it was changed.

Ask for a specific haircut / style and you get what the stylist wants. No more. Tried 7-10 times , multiple stylists - no luck. Time for a change

This was my first time trying Sport Clips - recommended by my nephew. The stylist, Priscilla, put forth more effort into my haircut than my previous 10 haircuts (from your competitor) combined. She listened, responded to my requests, made great suggestions when asked.
I could tell she took her CAREER seriously, but she did not take HERSELF too seriously - managed to be both professional and fun. That is fairly rare, and speaks to high emotional intelligence.
I will continue to use Sport Clips instead of my previous place as long as my experience is even close yesterday's. Thanks to Priscilla for the Great Cl...scratch that...Sport Clips. :-)

I love Sport Clips' simple and easy online booking prior to an arrival. I always go to the one at 15724 N. Dale Mabry Hwy. At this Sport Clips, the hairstylists are professional, experience and kindhearted. They, along with the warmth and comfort of this place always makes me feel very comfortable and at ease. At my very first visit here, I was extremely nervous (as I usually am). I went in wanting a pixie haircut but wasn't too confident that 1) a hairstylist could do the exact type of pixie style I wanted; and 2) that the hairstylist could make the look possible as my hair has been thinning these last few years. As I explained to the hairstylist (Priscilla) the type of cut I wanted and my thinning hair issue, she immediately put me at ease and made me feel confident that I came to the right place that day. Priscilla did an AWESOME job with my new pixie cut and continues to do so each and every time I see her. Thanks, Priscilla! :) Libeck
