The atmosphere of the store was great- loved the TVs showing NFL games while I got my cut. Also, the free upgrade to MVP for first-timers is a great call- I'll likely be doing that instead of the regular cut next time I return, well worth the 5 extra bucks. The hot towel, the massage, the shampoo, turned what's usually a pretty anxious experience for me into a relaxing one. But mostly my stylist Kim was absolutely awesome- she was receptive to hearing what I wanted (and I am NOT good at describing what kind of haircut I want. It's one of the things that makes me anxious to get it cut in the first place) and talked to me throughout to make sure I was getting what I wanted. More than that, though, she just clearly knew her stuff about hair. I had been styling my hair all wrong, using the wrong products in the wrong way, and she gave me some great advice and showed me some products (one of which she used on my hair, that I love) that should really help. She gave me some advice on how to deal with some of the flakiness and dandruff I experience with my hair. And, of course, last but perhaps most important, I got a great haircut that I really like (and of which my wife is a fan as well!). Best haircut experience I've ever had.

The service given by Manager Kim was great. Courteous, professional, and down to earth all at the same time. She makes you feel comfortable. Thats Customer Service with a capital C.S.
The hair wash left a nice cool feel on the scalp. Massage was an unexpected bonus, and felt very relaxing. Over all, a great expieriance. "I will be back".

The quality of service is very very good, but the price is a little premium. A regular barber shop would cost $ 10 and a chain would cost $ 13, where as sport clips is priced at $ 17 for a regular hair cut.
