First name removed dislikes having his hair trimmed with the trimmer and the woman who did it was phenomenal. She was able to use the trimmer on him; he wasn't scared; and she didn't cut him with it as had been done in the past because his skin is so sensitive.

Too long just getting a haircut with all the "treatment." The towel treatment felt like I was enduring a procedure in the hospital, not a bit of luxury. Never had my hair washed during a haircut before.

The service was exceptional
The service is fantastic. Alyssa is amazing. She gives the best cuts I've gotten in a long time. And she is so cute and friendly it makes the entire experience a real joy to look forward to.
Worst haircut I've ever had, I had hair about 3 inches in length when I arrived, left with a crew cut, I didn't ask for, and even then the cut was uneven, and looked like I had cut my hair myself
The woman that cut my son's hair was completely inexperienced and incompetent. She gave him a buzz cut after we specifically told her that he DID NOT WANT A BUZZ CUT. She tried using the scissors to give him the look that he asked for but wasn't able to do it. One of the other barbers there had to give her pointers on what to do! At the end she just used the shaving machine and shaved everything off, giving him a horrible buzz cut. Never coming back to this location. The only positive thing I can say is that the other employees realized what happened and didn't charge us but it was not enough to undo the terrible experience and haircut.

The wait time is generally not to bad. Way to much product pushing though. Every time I come in they want to sell me some very expensive product that's so much better than what I use.
stylists are professional and well trained in the service provided. my instructions to my stylist were met 100% and an excellent haircut.
It was quick and the associate (Mimi) was great.
The two girls who have cut my hair are meticulous about details. I also enjoy the triple play because it is relaxing.
