I am thrilled with the whole process from start to finish! Steve Banda is professional, knowledgeable and experienced with product line and service! He was straight and up-front with all the information and questions I had. I didn’t receive any fast-talk or high-pressure sales tactics, which was a “first” for me! The whole process was smooth and trouble free, and I didn’t have any issues whatsoever. The installation team worked like a “ Swiss Watch”, was very professional, courteous, and answered any questions I had. The new windows are beautiful and have made a huge difference in my house! Carson the first person we met on the initial visit, was very friendly and knowledgeable of what was going on with our house, explaining in dept how and what could be done to stop the settling. The office staff set a date promptly for the repairs and even called us for opening for an earlier date as it came open. When the crew arrived to make the repairs, the lead repair man came and spoke to me letting me know the areas they would be in, worked quickly, and cleaned up and was done in 2 days.
