For the most part we were satisfied with the work. There were a couple of issues we pointed out to Sam at the doorways that he told the workers about, but that didn't get done, and we never noticed that on the final inspection. Otherwise, the siding looks great and we're happy we contacted Cronkhite to have the work done.

Jerry the salesman was friendly and knowledgeable, an all-around nice guy. Carlos the installer was the same. Answered all of my questions and gave me confidence that the job would be done right this time (since you were coming behind a company that apparently didn't know what they were doing).

I also appreciated the communication from operations, offering earlier dates for the work as they became available.

I just had a really nice experience overall with Real Seal and wish I had used you the first time.

We were impressed from start to finish. Our salesperson Brent was very thorough in explaining the product and our choices. The next person went over our design, dimensions & color choices was very helpful and professional. We were advised of the time it would take to get our cover. All the supervisory & admin personnel we spoke with were very friendly, courteous and kept us advised of the progress. After we had been advised of the delay we even received a letter from management explaining the reasons (Pandemic) for the delay. We were notified our cover had been received and the next day two installers performed the installation. The cover turned out even better then we had imagined. The colors we chose were perfect. Very happy with the entire process.

Well, my sump pump hasn't had to be in action yet, and how well it works will be the true measure of everything done. But, so far, I have been impressed by the expertise and professionalism of everyone I have dealt with at Rescon. I was also greatly pleased that all was done in a timely fashion. A nice neat job, too!

They look clean, aluminum will be rot & termite proof, they conceal electrical for outlets & lights.

Although my product was delayed by issues with manufacturing and delivery issues, the staff of Graboyes, from the initial salesman to the installer were always helpful, courteous and professional.

The two installers did a great job. We are well pleased with our two new shower stalls.

Very pleasant and informative experience throughout helped in coping with the stress of discovering a foundation crack during a home sale inspection. Everyone I spoke with or met was friendly. The price was quite reasonable in comparison to other companies. I also appreciate the lifetime transferable warranty, especially given the pending sale of my house.

I have had Rescon at my house multiple times now. They are polite, clean quick and efficient.

The process was incredibly easy. A rep came out to measure and present the color, style options, and prices. Materials ordered came in when they said they would and install took less than a day. The end result looks great and the backyard was cleaned of any debris.

Mike Martin and the installation team were absolutely fantastic. Everything Mike promised me, such as price,scheduling installation times and sending out an efficient, caring installation team, came to fruition without a hitch. Extremely pleased!! Thanks again guys!!

After the project is complete, Childers Brothers staff follow up and check on you to see if there are any problems or concerns.

The owner, whom is very involved in all the work, has a great eye for adjustments needed to the proposed plan. He made an adjustment which ended up reducing the piers needed. This made a reduction in price. He could have charged me the original price quote, but he did not. This proves Childers Brothers is also an honest company.

I could have gone with a cheaper company, but with Childers Brothers, I feel that the job is done right.
