Work crew arrived on time. Very courteous, hard working(even in all the mud and snow mess that Lubbock had), cleaned up all the mess, friendly, and just the BEST ever. Mike and Danny, the sales and analysis team, came by our home to check on things while the work crew was here. Crew installed all the piers, exactly where they were supposed to be installed under our foundation. Answered any questions that we might have had. Childers Brothers is just the BEST. They do a very detailed analysis of your home and explain all of your options, when you call them to come out for a home inspection. Their effort and goal, is 100% to try and fix your home, the best way possible. Don't call anyone else for foundation repair. Childers Brothers is the ONLY company to call.

I called customer service and left a message last month but no one returned my call.
In addition to the 6 new windows we received, we had all of our windows capped. Some of the capping needs additional caulk, and I have a question about the capping on one of the windows.

The installation of the windows was ok, but it was so cold that day, I think the team rushed to get everything done. There was also quite a few pieces of capping and caulk left on the roof tops.

Time will tell on the quality of the windows.

They installed the gutters & caps; repaired wood damage; and cleaned up the mess from the previous gutters in one day. We haven’t had rain yet, so I cannot say how affective the caps and needed down spout will be.
