Marshas the best. She fixed my back with catcow. I dont take strong pain pills anymore. I wish your weekend classes went to 730pm. I dont get off work till 7pm

Very friendly staff. Was greeted right when I walked in and being my first time it was really nice. I used my free week and Samantha was really welcoming and gave me the run down of everything. She also kicked my butt. Great experience

Excellent teachers, everyone is friendly and helpful. Never feel overwhelmed or awkward. Always clean and calming environment. Of course the lemon lavender towels are heavenly.

I love the sculpt classes - very energizing, challenging and effective! The teachers are amazing! I do wish the weights were cleaned more often and that the instructors wore a mic as it can be hard to hear when the music is loud.
