I am brand new to yoga and am used to higher intensity workouts such as running or The Dailey Method. I was nervous that I wouldn't get enough of a sweat workout from yoga in general and after a few yoga sculpt classes, I learned I was very, very wrong.
All the instructors have been kind thus far and it is not as intimidating as I had thought.
I think the location is brilliant which makes it an easy sell for convenience and I think removes a lot of that "getting to the gym" hassle that people often use as an excuse. I think that the facility is nice, usually well maintained (although sometimes the garbage in the ryder room needs to be tended to) and pretty much everyone I encounter there is very nice which makes it a pleasant place to be!

Staff is very friendly and personable. Clean, big facility. They offer ryder classes, as well. Not too mention, I have gone to many studios all over downtown and skokie, and love that they give you a cold lemony-eucalyptus towel after class- feels amazing!
They are friendly and very inviting for new guests. The facility is clean and love the touch of details with the hair ties and deodorant in the ladies locker room/bathroom. They really know how to meet the needs of the consumer. Would recommend it to anyone.
This was an intro class. I found the instructors to be very informative, especially as I had never been .to a yoga class

Took my first class ever last Monday and have had different instructors each day. Each one has their own unique style and are extremely energetic, talented, motivational and knowledgeable. I've been going to different types of classes for over 30 years, and your classes are something I have never experienced before. May I also mention that I have recently had two total hip replacements at the ripe age of 57, and sometimes I have to do modifications, but still get a terrific workout and look forward to the next sessionl.
