The technician was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. We weren't able to get up everything from the carpets, but for a commercial area at looks great. I'm not sure if all of your text are as good as the one we got, but if they are you should have a very successful business.

Fantastic prices, fantastic service and people that go above and beyond!! Every time we’ve used Zerorez the carpets have come out fantastic. $199 for 5 rooms....you can’t beat that. And the most important part, Rayquan was our technician and he was fantastic! Good customer service is what makes a company in my opinion. Rayquan went above and beyond to make sure he did everything we asked and more importantly he did it all right!!

OH my gosh, when Alton told me you used Essential Oils to clean, YES! Then Alkaline Water, I was completely blown away!!! I already want Zerorez to come back and complete another cleaning! NO toxic chemicals are always best to me!

The gentleman that came to clean my carpet was friendly, respectful and thorough in his work. My carpet is old and very stained and he did his best to get it as clean as possible. I knew some places would not get completely clean. I highly recommend this company.

We have had our Berber carpet for 26 years. We don't wear our shoes in the house, so we didn't think our carpet was too dirty. However when we moved our computer tower the carpet was almost black where it was sitting and it was also dirty around the floor vents. Our technician, Rayquan, came in and assured us that he could get up the stains and that we would be surprised at how clean our carpet would get. He was right! We were extremely happy with the job Rayquan did and we would and will use Zerorez again!

Reggie was great very please with his service my carpet that i feared was ruined came out beautiful . The one in my den he did an outstanding job on as well..
The only thing i was not happy with is he clean 2 cushions on our antique sofa and it did not do anything they looked the same .. the cost was an additional $50.00 which i thought was high for 1 side of 2 cushions.
The only other thing is I called on Monday morning due to the urgency of the situation. The rug had a terrible soil on Sunday. I offer to pay extra to have someone come out as soon as possible but there was no one until Thursday. That was a little disappointing,but for the 2 rugs the job was done perfectly..
