Great effort to make sure everything went well and was clean as intended. Clearly explained all the ins and outs of each service and pros and cons of those services. Great employee that I would bring back each time I can.

The technician that was at the house did an excellent job. He was extremely professional and made sure to throughly clean the carpet and stairs. The cleaning product used left the carpets looking like new, would definitely recommend using Zerorez.

Cleaning is kid and pet friendly leaving the rooms smelling fresh with no fragrances to mask anything. Associate was very knowledgeable and professional and was very quick and efficient with the cleaning.

The customer service was amazing! I was given a very reasonable quote online. The office told me the Technician would call me about 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment & he did. Not only was the Technician Ben very courteous, but he was actually able to show up a little early, which was convenient for me! He explained the whole process & then made sure to give the 2 areas a good look over in case there was anything to be concerned about. He did the job wonderfully! My area rug & son’s carpet looks squeaky clean & spotless! P.S. He also saved a baby snake (non poisonous) he found outside by moving it back into a grassy area away from the sidewalk:) Thank you so much for the great work!

Fantastic customer service! I originally rated it a 5/10. Wasn’t bad, but wasn’t great (though the technician was super friendly and professional). We just thought the carpet would look much better, and it didn’t look any different, so we were disappointed. Zerorez immediately contacted me, and wanted to send someone else out. I told them I felt bad and that it wasn’t that big of a deal. The employee assured me that they wanted to do everything possible to make it a 10 star experience for us. So they sent a manager to re-do it. It looks a lot better this time around, and I really appreciated all the effort they put in to make sure it was a great experience!
