sorry it has been so late getting back to you!.We had our carpet cleaned and you guys did such a great job that we had you back to do tile cleaning and carpet at our rental house. The tile looks brand new great job! ONLY ONE FLAW! if we had known that you do not clean under appliances please tell us !!!!! We could have moved the fridge so those tiles could have been cleaned and also overpriced our footage.need to go over measurements when you go to customers house and not just over the phone !!!!thanks again Almost satisfied customers

The technician was very professional and thorough. I have white carpet throughout my entire house, and with a small child and a dog there were multiple areas in need of attention. When he was done you can no longer see any spots, my carpet is bright white again and smells great!

Representative adhered to all CDC requirements for protection. He was thorough, orderly and moved through the carpeted areas with precision. He was professional and courteous. Carpets were well groomed, water extracted and dried within about 7 hours. Carpets smelled clean and no evidence of residue.
I’ve used you guys for at least 15 years, all the way back to when I lived in Atlanta. I moved to Cornelius NC in 2008 and continued to use you, and you were still great. I moved out to the county in 2016 (chester SC), and you didn’t service this area. I was forced to use Stanley steemer, and what on obvious difference. Thank goodness you now service Chester SC.
Because they clean only using water and no soap so as to eliminate any possible leftover residue. The company always response and follows through with what they promise. Hard to find that in a company these days. Thank you
