I like the personal attention of care you get so you can get the best fitting shoe. I was impressed with the scans. Friendliness and customer service is a lost practice anymore but not here.
First and foremost, the people who work there are terrific and extremely helpful and professional! The feet scan has proved to be extremely valuable to me. Since this has come into play I have been setup with the correct fit, which has pretty much eliminated foot issues I was having. The quality of the products are great as well. All around a win-win situation! I shop at the fleet feet store in Des Peres, MO.

It’s all about the personal service. I wish the machine worked when we were there but liked we could come back. Liked the option of a return policy. Liked being fitted and shown shoes to met our needs.
