We had a great experience with Precision Tunes on South Blvd in Charlotte. They were responsive and professional. They walked us through the issue and what needed to happen. They worked with us to fix our issue and get us back on the road.
The Manager was very helpful and friendly. The mechanics were as well. Will continue to get my cars serviced at the Chapel Hill Blvd location.

I'm so glad I found Precision Tune Auto. I needed my car's battery checked on a Saturday. There's very few shops open on the weekend! I was worried about driving long distance 😕 but they saved the day 🙏. They took my car and ran a diagnostic on the same day. It turns out it needed filters and some other fluids. Now it runs so much better. They're affordable too. I got a AAA discount. They're also approved by AAA which gave me peace of mind 😌. Overall, Chris was very attentive and explained everything in detail. Thank you so very much. I will be back for an oil change. ☺️
