My wife and I are senior citizens. When we recently took our two vehicles to Precision Tune Auto Care in Apple Valley, Minnesota for oil changes, we were very impressed with the honesty, integrity, and customer sensitivity of both the Manager and the Mechanic at the shop. Although the oil had not been changed on one of our vehicles for more than five months, they informed us that the existing oil in the vehicle was still in good shape since we had not yet driven the vehicle enough miles to justify having its oil changed. In addition, they told us that they could not justify taking our money for an oil change when the vehicle did not require one. Despite the fact that they didn't end up performing any service on the vehicle that required payment, they checked everything over for us and topped off the vehicle's fluids at no cost to us. Found an oil change coupon on the website and scheduled an appointment. The staff are always professional and friendly.
The service writer was knowledgeable and quoted the price before I left my vehicle for service. The work was preformed quickly and 1 item that I asked to be replaced the technician said it did not need to be replaced which saved $80.00
Everything was done quickly with no major issues. I received a 15% discount for it being my first time there. Costs were discussed proor to setvice. I would have liked to see a price chart posted like at other Precision Tunes. Terrell went above and beyond to explain what my car needed and helped with saving me money. I will return here from now on to get an oil change.
