I can’t comment on service other than the timely return as I’ve not had back long enough to determine if improvements made were acceptable but I’m confident. As for the upfront customer service, it was far above exceptional! Friendly, polite, cooperative and explained everything to my understanding. Was honest with necessary repairs versus recommendations and worked with me to determine best course of action in order to ensure immediate safety. Set plan for additional repairs when financially feasible.
It's affordable. Staff is very friendly. Also they didn't try to get me to do other services for my vehicle like other places
I’ve only really gotten oil changes, but the staff is friendly and the service was quick. I basically just wait about 20 minutes. I also appreciate the coupons they have available for work that may need done.
