Fast service
I got a good price and my car is better now. For a bit after I got my car back the check engine light came on, I called the place and they reassured it was fine and it went away, so all is good.
First off, I would like to say that the assistant was very friendly, courteous & attentive. I didn’t have a long wait as I usually do like I have in the past at the Randleman Road location. Although, this location is a little further than Randleman Road, I think moving forward I will be coming to this one.
I always like to give a thank you when I get good service. Precision auto tune up was a good place to do business today. Although I had a kind of expensive car repair, rear brakes and rotors, they were excellent employees. I will certainly go back if I need more repairs or even an oil change. Thank you again The mgr was very nice and explained everything from beginning to end. He even called my son to let him know what was going on since he has tire/brake experience.
First shop to not give me the run around. They have unbiased knowledge and handling of your vehicle because they have no corporate ties to your make and model.
They just fix what needs to be fixed, without going on scavenger hunts so they can charge you for more.
They also have handshake policies with some state programs like SSVF.

I checked with my dealer to fix to holes in my tire. they told me they could not fix wither because of the location of the holes. I ten went to Jiffy Lube. they told me i need four new tires and they could not patch tires that were dry rot.
I then went to Precision Tune and they fixed both tires quickly with no hassel. reasonable price for the work and quality work considering the holes locations.
I would recommend them to anyone ( told my son) with car problems. quality work, professional and friendly attitudes.

I like that there is no pressure to pay for more than what is needed. In my case, I needed back brake pads. They said the front pads had 30% left. Out of convenience, I said go ahead and replace the front and back.
I believe most shops would have pressured me to replace both. This shop stuck to the facts and let me decide!
