Each time I have gone to Precision Tune, the staff have been nice and efficient, and I do not get treated like a dumb person because I am female. They are quick and do great work!
Andrew is awesome! He is easy to talk to, will let you know what the issue is and get your service done right. I personally feel they have very reasonable prices around the area also.

The support staff was amazing in getting my car scheduled to be fixed and fixing it in a timely fashion. I had a driver's side shake/shimmy in my 2014 Mustang and they helped replace all the tires and a few supporting structures. The car drove like a charm after that! I could not be more happy with the help I received from everyone there and the price was fair too! I 10/10 Recommend this place to service your vehicle!

Was able to get car in, looked at in timely manner, they also made numerous phone calls trying to find the right part. Very polite and knowledgeable
they were able to get me in despite being very busy, they fixed a lot on my car only thing is when they replaced the part in my door they fixed the issue but caused a different issue now that door won’t unlock with the key fob. they didn’t track any dirt into my car, they were quick and did really well about calling me with updates.
I recognized that my car rides a bit smoother as as it did when purchased. Customer service was great also. I did not feel like I was being held hostage because the time was much acceptable by me, I was able to take care of other personal responsibility during the morning as well.
