My first experience with Precison Autocare will not be my last. I want to Express my sincere gratitude for the excellent service received from your team. From check in to check out was flawless. Not only did the team complete the work I requested (oil change and 4-wheel alignment) but discovered that I was driving with no oil flowing through my engine. Your team made me aware of the flaw with the Hyundai engine (burning oil). Upon further investigation of this flaw discovered there are over 400 complaints reported to the National Automotive Safety Board. Fortunately, I did not experience engine failure, and will closely monitor my oil level while notifying Hyundai for what remedy they are offering consumers since this is a known problem.
Again my sincere gratitude to your team for their knowledge, professionalism and expertise exhibited during my recent visit.
