The manager, Name removed, gave FIVE STAR service from beginning to end! He’s very knowledgeable and I felt like I could trust him to recommend the right services needed for my car to be done today, and what to expect It will need in the future. Now I can plan ahead and budget for the next repair without any surprises.
Even though First name removed was very busy, he took time to explain to me exactly what was going on with my car, he answered all my questions and addressed my concerns about any future repairs in a courteous, professional manner.
The pricing is competitive and fair, the parts seem to be really good quality and the turn around time was quick.
I used to take my car to a different shop in Cedar Park, but after I discovered they fixed my car with duct tape, I knew I needed a new mechanic. Im so glad I tried Precision Tume in Cedar Park! They will be the only place I go to now!

I desperately required an oil change and Amanda at the Mooresville location was more than happy to fit me in without an appointment. Friendly, prompt service, and I opted for the better package with brake inspection.
Less than an hour later, I receive a phone call from Amanda informing me that I definitely needed new brakes and the prices she quoted for both front and rear brakes were substantially better than quotes I have received from other shops such as Clarke Tire. I agreed and they had me in and out in a very timely manner.
10/10, this will most certainly be my go-to shop moving forward. Shout outs to Amanda and the rest of the staff at Precision Auto in Mooresville. You guys are doing great work with a smile!
I was glad to be able to see into the service bay area as the techs worked on my truck, I liked the new waiting rooms and everyone was very courteous.

2 years ago I bought myself a 10 year old Mercedes CLK. It was in great condition the only thing detracting from its appearance for the hazy headlights. I recently saw Precision Tune offered something called headlight restoration and went for it. This headlights now look brand-spanking-new. For what they charge it was well worth it! Everyone was very nice and answered all my questions and I feel good about the level of expertise in all areas. When I need mechanical work done I will go to Precision Tune in Severna park!
