I was out of town visiting my daughter when my car broke down. I went to a local auto part store to get the issue as why the battery light was on. Got there and was told what was the problem. I saw where Percession was open on Saturday. I called them and spoke with Josh the manager explained to him what was going on and explained I was from out of town . He told me to bring my car in and he would look at it. I dropped it off on Friday March 15 and was called on Saturday for what the issue was and was told it be ready later that day. I picked my car up at 4:15. So thankful and grateful for all the staff that helped to get my car back on the road since i was from out of town for the weekend. So so appreciative of the service I received. They all went above and beyond to help me.
This specific Precision Tune location has been servicing my cars for 20+ years. I trust the mechanics to diagnose any problems and I trust the owners to then charge a fair price for repairs and maintenance. I wholeheartedly recommend Precision Tune for your automotive repair and maintenance needs.
