I recently went to this location for the first time. I pulled in just after they had closed for the day and they were still returning vehicles to various customers. Even though they were closed, one of the technicians agreed to perform the safety and emissions test. It was completed without a complaint or gripe. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles back here in the future.

I always get oil changes done at Precision Tune and the service is always prompt, courteous, and professionally done.
Carlos and his crew at Precision have been taking care of my husband's and my vehicles for years now. Now he's taking care of my son's truck as well. I have also referred my mom and my sister to Precision, and they take their vehicles as well. Although I have moved, and don't live as close to Precision as I used to, it is worth the drive to take our vehicles there. I trust Carlos and his team. I won't go anywhere else.

There is a friendly attitude at this Precision Tune coupled with the ability to answer questions and a concern with the problems that the customer is having with the vehicle.
Even answering questions about oil changes were done with care and total concentration on each customer that was being served.
In the shop interaction with the mechanics was quick and friendly. Any need for help was immediately answered, making sure that the service to each customer was done with care.

The new manager puts the customer first, I liked that the mechanic came into the lobby, showed me a part explaining what was wrong and needed to be done! Gave me a quote but the mechanic also explained what needed to be fixed in order of importance..... because he knew I was on a budget. The new team at that location has definitely earned my business back! I stopped going because the service got bad with the previous manager.
