The technicians are always professional and helpful with any problems I may be experiencing with my vehicles.
Workers were very professional. The mechanics seemed like they would not screw people over like other shops do. I was listening to the mechanics talk with customers and they never pushed services on the customers. For example one customer was worried about her tires. The mechanic checked on their tires and told the customer that they were good for at least another 3 months. Most of the other shops would have pushed for that lady to purchase tires.
The quality of work is always excellent and they don’t double charge labor for jobs that overlap.
You get personal care from the whole staff. They back everything they do. I have been a customer of Precision Tune Auto Care for years. I have been a customer since I lived in North Carolina before moving to Washington.

John was most helpful in taking care of an alternative means of payment until I finally found the correct voucher. This was most helpful and reassuring. It was quite a ways from my home or I would go for regular maintenance, oil changes etc for my car care. John's whole staff was very good and professional. Thank You Larry
