The customer care there is great if they see a problem they bring it to you and there not pushy about getting them to fix it they let you decide and I like that .
I went into the shop in greenwood SC after needing an oil change and being from out of town they were the 2nd shop I found and went to. The first place told me I could drop the car off and leave it but as I was on my lunch break working out of town that wasn’t an option. I left there and was driving back to my store and saw the shop and decided to stop in to see about the oil change. The people there were nice and friendly, able to work me in even though they had a cars waiting that were dropped off so I could get my oil change then back to work. The estimated time I was given for the work was spot on and when it came time to check out the price was a lot less than I expected. The service and value will definitely bring me back as I’m in greenwood SC usually once a week.
I never feel pressured by your staff, which I feel has happened at other shops because I am a young lady. I drive all the way from Sandy when I need an oil change or other minor repairs. I trust your shop and staff! I recommend yoj guys to all my friends and coworkers. Thank you!
Whichever tech did the check on my car did the most thorough yet. Have always used precision, but this tech, i believe went beyond. Also did oil change, but he was efficient. Ty
