Probably the best customer service ever, This place is really nice and flexible. They are always there to help whenever my car has problems, and is 120% trustworthy. I have a 2008 pt cruiser that has so many problems, but this place always helps in fixing the damages. I highly recommend it.
Your employees were very honest. They didn't promise the moon, just told me what I could reasonably expect from the service. I appreciate that! They also took time to answer my questions. Good customer service!

I arrived soon after opening and was greeted. The service writer was friendly and efficient. I was advised that my front brakes were near end of life. I was offered a discount if I repaired the brakes that day and elected to have the work performed. I have used the Precision Tune location for many years and am always satisfied with the experience.

We only go to one precision tune in Marysville wa have for several years, the service has always been very good if during auto check anything was found that needed attention suggestions were made weather it needed to be done at that time or could be done at a later time. never have been high pressure & I like that
