Friendly staff. They give you an estimated time on when your car can be serviced. Even without an appointment the mechanics can get your car serviced pretty quickly.

I just needed an ordinary oil change. I called and the people there were professional and very accommodating. They explained that they had one appointment left that day, or I could drop it off with them. They did what they said that they would do and did not try to sell any additional products or services. They even worked with me on being able to pick up the car after closing hours. I will definitely be back!

Very polite and prompt
Rollie and crew did a great job on my recent coolant flush and fill. Once I got back at home I checked my coolant with an inexpensive tester and it showed freeze protection to ten below. This is not enough for Minnesota winters. Concerned, I talked to Rollie and he reassured me that I was protected with a 50-50 antifreeze-water mix that provided freeze protection to 35 below. I went out and bought a better tester (the Prestone brand antifreeze tester) and it confirmed what Rollie said.

Convenient and economical...
They have the best oil change prices in town. You can get a standard oil change with tire rotation for $30. That’s almost half what the competitors and dealership charges without a tire rotation. You just need to make sure you get there early or plan to drop your vehicle off. They get very busy!!!
