The repair needed was diagnosed promptly. Miss Rae worked hard to make our warranty company pay for the repair (as they were supposed to and refused to do, incidentally, DO NOT buy maxcare), then with us to find a solution we could afford. We were constantly kept informed of the progress and our inquires were always addressed quickly and in full detail. We will definitely be back!
