You are always prompt, courteous and I know you will get the job done in a timely manner
While our guys were very helpful and pleasant I was a little disappointed that one of the young men was really not hustling as your company is known for. I feel as though if there was a better hustle we may not have gone over our time as much as we did even though we asked for additional help. Also I saw a little more phone usage on this persons part then should have been while on my clock.

Friendly, efficient service
Carlos and Nick were delightful. They made efficient use of their time and extremely easy to work with. They tried to do things that we requested even though we eventually did as they suggested. It was a pleasant easy experience.
Brent and William were excellent; very kind and professional. They made a chaotic day of moving a lot easier on my husband and I. They were on time and worked hard. I appreciated my moving coordinator working with me to find the best options for my budget that would be the most helpful.

Your movers were nice,friendly, and they tried to get the job done in the fastest time possible. They made sure all my belongs were packed securely so no damage would happen. I would highly recommend your company to a friend or family member.
On time, professional, solid move.
#1 - The Team that arrived to move us out moved in slow motion. We were very well packed and organized for the movers and explained we had to be out in 3 hours due to our building plumbing. The movers began by picking up ONE box at a time. Never did I see any hussle you display or advertise in your video. They began socializing like they were at a tea party or a game. Had I not stayed on top of them, this would have been a 7 hour move. I had to tell the guys and the Mentor to pick it up and not to milk the clock. They did not wrap and protect our furniture properly as you promise when we had plenty of pads, shrink wrap and bubble wrap. When I told them to be careful and be sure there were no damages to the larger pieces, they ignored the need to protect our furniture. They did not know how to properly wrap. They also did not know how to properly carry furniture. They also failed to bring enough dollies when we advised in our order the size of our furniture and that we had elevator and stairs. In addition, we sent in our inventory to Jay Edwards so we would know what size truck to rent and therefore we had too small a truck and now have to rent a trailor to take the rest. The Team that unpacked us the next day, Kevin and Marquis were both very careful and did what we expected. However, Marquis does lack some training. Movers should know how to assemble basic bed frames that hold the box springs. Kevin did hustle. Overall, the outbound movers all were dragging their feet, deliberately taking their time. Anthony who I expected alot, looked like he was asleep and kept complaining about his neck and did not even say thank you or appreciate the food we gave him. He complained that he needed more calories. Joshua, who was in our move-out team, was polite, professional and a hard worker. Our Move-out mentor, Ignacio, should have displayed better leadership and set a good example. Overall, this was the worse moving experience. We have always had our moves does efficiently, with no damage and professionally. Other movers, new how to wrap and protect our furniture not damage and careless like I saw. I even had to show them how to carry the mirror down the stairs. You need to send your guys to professional moving school. While they may be athletes, I never saw any winners except for Josuha and Kevin. They deserve the tip. I will be submitting photos of our damages and expect reimbursement for the repairs. WE live in a large community that uses Meat Head Movers and I cannot give you a good rating. I am giving what I received and we paid the most we have ever paid for the worse experience and damages.
How you can make things right is to reimburse us for the entire move-out to cover the damages to our pieces and the cost of us now having to rent a trailer to move the rest of our things and the time it will take us again, another 3.5 hours to get back to our home. 1) We signed up for a 5 man move as our Mom is 93 years old and K.C. Schamp said he felt the day would be tiring if he sent out less people. No one informed us ahead of time that there would be fewer than 5 movers -- only 3 showed up on the day of the move. We received estimates from 2 other companies. One of the reasons we chose Meathead Movers was because of K.C.'s above-stated approach to the move; and
2) We called both K.C. and Meathead Movers directly ahead of time to let them know that Mom's new home had wall-to-wall light beige carpeting. We were assured by both that, while it would be too time-consuming for the movers to wear booties, that moving blankets would be put down. No blankets were put down and the carpeting is therefore now dirtier than it otherwise would have been and should be cleaned by Meathead Movers.

Outstanding from the first visit with your representative to the last item off the truck. My team of Deionte, Jake S, Alex P, and Josh D were exemplary beyond my dreams!! Extremely courteous, very willing to do absolutely any request, incredibly careful with all my mirrored furmiture(God bless them), and just all around nice guys! My move was flawless without any damage whatsoever. Best move I,ve ever had. I will be happy to rave about them to all friends and family!!
Joshua and Niko did a great job. Fast and very efficient. I was impressed that they even step into a light jog when going back for more stuff. These guys hustle and work very hard. I would highly recommend using them for any move. Great job guys!
My husband and I like the idea of supporting college students and using Meathead Movers is an excellent way to do this.
