Everyone was great! Hunter was patient and accommodating as I planned this move. He worked with me over the span of several weeks as I considered how to best get our things moved since this was a long-distance move with multiple stops along the way. In the end, we decided to use a Meathead crew for loading/unloading at two locations in San Luis Obispo. The three guys who were our crew were fantastic. They were extremely pleasant and very careful with our stuff. I could not be more pleased with our experience with your company from start to finish.
Accurately evaluate move size to prevent hardship for customer.
The guys were soooo nice and worked so hard!!
Professional in appearance and action. Skilled at moving the delicate stuff and attentive to your needs and concerns.
Movers were pleasant, thoughtful and careful with our stuff. They asked lots of good questions and nothing got damaged.
Appreciated the phone reminder , the driver called when on the way, the two were very polite, careful, strong, and nice personality.
Quick and careful
The two guys were very professional, quick, careful, kind, and kept in constant communication with us and made sure that whatever they were doing was ok with us first
The guys worked so hard and efficiently. They were very friendly and chatted with us while they worked. They made me feel very comfortable entrusting them to care for my possessions. One of them said that when he moves things he tries to treat the customer's belongings like they were his own and that is exactly what they did. They ran into some snags with the size of things fitting through doors and with having to move their van multiple times but they figured it out and they had great attitudes the whole time.
The workers were on time, clean, respectful, and a hardworking team.
Carlos, our mentor and Daniel the meathead were amazing, thoughtful, courteous, efficient and handled our furniture like it was his own.
your call center was helpful and always available. The movers were on time, worked hard, polite, and respectful

Very efficient and professional
Friendly, knowledgable, brought their own materials. We used MM for moving furniture around our home. Took great care.
Professional and the moving crew did not stop, jogged when not carrying something, and handled everything with care.
Friendly,, everyone is very professional and easy going.
Professional, nice, fun, positive attitude, good pricing, no complaints
K.C.'s estimate for my move wasn't accurate. As a result, I had to pay more then the supposed "not to exceed amount" that I was quoted. The "change order" process was confusing and stressful as it was happening late in the day during an exhausting move. I felt that I had no choice except to pay the additional amount. There was no way for me to say no as my boxes were still on the truck.
K.C. offered me a $300 discount for moving on Friday instead of Saturday. But the final cost for my move ended up being just as much as it would've been on Saturday. So the "discount" I was supposed to get was wiped out. I feel that I was overcharged compared with the "discount" I was offered for a less-convenient moving day.
The truck provided for my move was too small. It was obvious that the packing job was challenging and problematic for the movers because there was not enough room in the truck. At least half an hour or possibly more was wasted reconfiguring what had already been packed in order to fit everything into the truck.
The men had some difficulty backing the truck into the driveway at my destination. This took several attempts and the truck later had to be moved twice to better position it. They were careful and no property was damaged or anyone injured. More training would be beneficial for these men in how to maneuver a large truck and guide the driver in parking the truck and deciding where would be the best place to park it.
One man (Josh) was injured during my move. I have no idea how this happened. As a result, the other two men had to work much harder and longer. It was also more exhausting for me because the move took such a long time. If a job needs three men and one is injured, a replacement should be called in so that the move is not adversely affected. Having three men for the entire job would have made my move more efficient.
I did not understand the appropriate way to offer gratuities to the three men who worked on my move. Since Ryan was in charge and handled all of paperwork, change order and payment, I gave him what I thought was a modest amount for the team. Later I realized I should have tipped each of the men individually. I couldn't tip Josh because he was not present at the end of the move and I was not told he was injured until after he had left the jobsite. Please explain on your website (1) what gratuities are customary, (2) whether the customer should tip the guy in charge of the move (like waitresses and busboys) or each man individually, and (3) how to tip if a man leaves the job site before the move is completed.
Despite these comments, Ryan, Josh and Daniel did an excellent job moving my furniture and boxes. They were enthusiastic, polite and helpful throughout the day and worked very hard. They were very careful with my belongings and to my knowledge (I am still unpacking), nothing was damaged. Overall, they did a good job in very difficult circumstances and are to be commended for their professionalism, skill, hard work and efforts.
