Where to start? Your business model is a creative positive solution to what has typically been a very negative experience for anyone who has had to hire professional movers. Your employees are clean cut, polite, and on their way up in the world! As a teacher, I especially like the student/athlete concept.

Your phone rep addressed my very short notice of move quickly. The move was scheduled within a few days and this is exactly what was required.
The movers were timely and work hard to get all items moved over a very long day. The moving crew was professional. They maintained positive, "we can get it done" attitude through out the long day.
The lead person Jonah working with his crew worked out a moving plan to address all items to be moved. Jonah kept me informed of any cost issues and explained all charges on the moving invoices. Offices were left clean with all moving trash etc removed including clasping the moving boxes that I kept for future use. Each of the 4 man team worked hard and all were great at asking questions during the move process. Great to have an educated moving team.
Everyone was friendly and helpful! Everyone went above and beyond the expected.

What didn't we like!!!!!! Best moving experience ever!
We felt pressured to tip because of the form, even though the whole move only took 15 minutes and we were charged for a full hour (because it was the minimum) - that seems like tip enough. Wish the person we talked to on the phone had said that tipping was customary. Thanks

On the move day, the guys were very polite and listened carefully to directions, and followed through.

We felt that the 3 movers Mark, Ivan, and Oscar were amazing. They worked their butts off and did everything to make sure that we were completely satisfied. They were very clean, efficient and careful with all items moved. We couldn't be happier and would recommend highly.

Same feedback as submitted with the first truck. (this was a two truck move)
The team of movers was great. They worked hard and did a great job. The set up and communication of the move was the hard part. The logistics of moving two offices into one new location proved to be difficult for the people I spoke with at Meathead. Each time, a new person and several minutes of explanation for the person on the phone to understand office A and office B each moving into office C. It would have been nice to have one contact person to coordinate with.
