Great staff and place. My main problem was the lack of outdoor area and that the dogs would go in the playroom. The whole place had a very strong smell of pee and poop, even in the lobby.
The check in process for daycare and boarding is always extremely long and cumbersome
The Staff
We are very grateful for Dogtopia, but we can’t use them for overnight boarding. Too expensive. When we need to board, we have to go somewhere else.
Friendly staff, transparency through camera access, and clean atmosphere.

Dogtopia is a great daycare for my dog.
My dog seems very willing to go weekly to Dogtopia and interact with the other dogs. This seems to help with other dogs she meets in our neighborhood.
Our dog loves going there but there are two areas that could make it even better for us. Slightly longer hours for nights with later needs and a slightly larger space since our dog is so large. Overall very happy with the experience.
The people. Everyone was courteous and focused on keeping our Patty (beagle) comfortable from the moment we walked in the door. Explaining all the steps for us "newbies". Providing a tour and written materials and a cute gift. We can't wait to bring her back. Thank you..

It would be nice if there was a decent discount for buying multiple days.
Compared with other dog daycare, dogtopia is quite expensive.
My high energy Aussie doodle loves being with the other dogs and the staff. She is excited to go in each morning and happily goes in without looking back.
Kimmie had a great time. Facility is clean and well organized despite the large number of dogs there. Webcam are a great result e to make sure all's well.

The staff is always so friendly. My dog who has a lot of anxiety likes being there. I think these two things make me feel so comfortable about her being there.. I know she is so well taken care of.
Colton loves the staff, and they understand his "quirks" and work with him so he gets the most opportunity for play while everyone stays safe.
