Customer Testimonials
Family oriented and not so competitive like other programs in the area. Only thing I would change is the program continue further than 12 years old
We Love coming to Oldsmar for North Pinellas, I9 Sports. We’ve done it many seasons, we actually live in Pinellas Park so it is a little bit of a drive for us, but we are happy to make the drive.
The staff with i9 Northern Pinellas is fabulous. There’s always plenty of staff to step up if a coach or parents are not there. There’s always equipment there’s always you know restrooms are unlocked. Things like that.
We recently dealt with i9 South Pinellas and the difference is like night and day.
Keep up the good work.
We were very impressed with the level of coaching Amanda and her mom showed on Saturday. My daughter Zoe was tearing up and wanting to quit day one but now is excited. I’m super grateful we have Amanda as our coach.
Program is great and convenient for a busy family. The process to register all through actually attending the games is hassle free.
The price for the program is fair and they have great incentives if you invite a friend or volunteer to coach. I definitely recommend i9 to family and friends when it comes to looking for sports.
The positivity that is apparent.
Great schedule and communication.
Everyone is so nice, the refs, the coaches. The program teaches the kids important team playing traits.
Everything
Coach Eric and Vlad are great!
I like that the practices and games are on Saturday.
Friendly and helpful staff. Balanced teams. Sticks to schedule.
We lucked out and have an awesome coach!
Even though we’ve not had a coach I feel like it’s been covered well. I think it’s well organized. I especially appreciate the communication via texts and emails keeping us up to date.
I love the commitment of our Coach! He is the best! We are very lucky to have him as a Basketball Coach ! I know the program was made so the parents help with coaching the kids, but for parents like us that we don’t have any clue about a sport is hard to help, so, again,we are very luck to have the Coach Jamal ❤️
I love how developmentally appropriate the practice/game combination is.
I like the fact that the coaches are on the field with them, teaching them as the play happens. My son is a first time football player and this has been instrumental in him learning and developing the fundamentals
The kids get a chance to learn about sports, how to be team players, and learn great values. They make friends and get to spend time outside away from electronics.
Staff is amazing !!!!
We love everything about the program and the entire experience... we have been recommending to many local friends. It's been fun for both us as parents and for our son. I don't have any recommendations on how to improve expect maybe I'd like to see a longer game ;)
I love the non competitive of the sport
Great atmosphere!
We love I9 sport it’s been a very good experience
Everything! This program is amazing for an introduction of the sport. The staff/volunteers are the best.
Organization and updates
EVERYTHING, My child has an autism like disability and she is in love with i9. Not only is she accepted she is thriving. Her love for Volleyball as increased 10 fold and even when its bed time she is asking for just 10 more min of practice. The admin and coaches are wonderful from the heart of a very grateful mother with a child who has struggled to find her place I can not thank you enough.
This is my first experience with i9 but they seem to really engage the kids and make sure they all have a fun experience
Coaches are great, the time commitment is so doable, my son is having a blast with his friends learning how to play t-ball.
Practice and game together. Fields well located.
My daughter has loved playing soccer in this environment. It’s lowkey and friendly but also has shown her what it’s like to play a sport competitively.
So far I feel like we've had a pretty good season overall, however there are a few things that I might change for those parents that might have been thrown into coaching, or parents that want to be more included.
I don't like the medals for 3-4 year olds. They don't fully understand the word of the week and I really didn't like hearing my own say, "if I do a good job next week, can I get a medal?" as if he didn't do a good job. I don't think they need these each game. A participation trophy at the end is just fine, at this age it's about getting out there, having fun and learning a little bit.
I didn't fully understand the parent portal so we really didn't take the time to go over it with parents and I think they wanted to be part of the snack process. We've also had a low turnout (avg between 5-7 kids), is this normal?
The league is extremely fun and the kids really enjoy it. There isn't any pressure on the kids about winning. This league is all about learning the game, building good fundamentals, teamwork, sportsmanship and just having fun! The staff is very knowledgeable, personable and are always happy help out the kids and the volunteer coaches. This is a very well run organization that I would recommend to anyone who has children interested in sports.
