User friendly, Saturdays only is appreciated for us working parents, the seasons are short and sweet, well organized.
I like the weekend hours, and all the different locations offered. I like that it is casual and not overly competitive; the programs develop confidence and skills. My son looks forward to baseball every season with i9.
Like the coaches and the setup very easy to be apart of. I would like to see a two day a week option where they practice one day and then have a game on another day.

Fairness and encouragement
I really like the program at Westerville Central High School. Very organized, prompt, and there is adequate parking. The grass length was an issue for the first couple of games but appreciate I9 doing what they could to work with the venue and take care of it.
This is our first venture into sports for my son and it has been such a joy seeing him come out of his shell (he was very nervous when we first signed up). The energy and love the coaches show has been wonderful.
Volleyball- great coach. Engages with the kids. Teaching good fundamentals. Good energy.
Soccer - convenient combined practice and game times

I like that the schedule is set out for the whole season and that the practices are before the games. Our coaches for the u9 lakers basketball are amazing. My son has gained more confidence and has expressed interest ti continue playing, which has been great. We have tried other sports/programs and very happy with i9.
We like the fun emphasis instead of the competitiveness. Yes, it's great to win, but building confidence in young people in a friendly environment is more important and has an everlasting effect.
