Customer Testimonials
Convenience of practice and game both on Saturday.
We appreciate everyone’s positive attitudes. It’s an efficient and fun way to get the kids into sports, knowing it’s going to be a positive experience. Thank you!
I9 is great! But a lot also depends on the coach. We have been blessed with great coaches others than last season and maybe one other than I can think of.
Other than that the program and location is awesome!
Low-key fun
We love the culture of the program and how they really focus on positive attitudes, encouraging others, and having fun! I can't say enough great things about i9!
Very well run. Supportive coaches, all around high quality event for the kids and the parents :)
I love the positive environment and the convenient schedule! We love I9!

The convenience of one day practice/games.
We are having FUN!
Attentive training and passion for basketball!
The staff, volunteers, the I9 website, the reminders to my phone amazing
Very organized and good league participation
Well run Soccor
Basketball last year not as well done. Certain kids monopolized the court
I love that i9 makes it easy and convenient for busy families to get their kids playing sports. They really are a great program--easy communication, great family engagement, love that the kids learn sportsmanship values, the refs are kind and wonderful and really help the kids understand their sport. This flag football season at Voyager the refs have been outstanding and encouraging with the kids. The on-site staff is always kind and helpful. The director Caleb Roles has always been kind and helpful and very responsive over our years playing with i9 sports. We love i9 and will continue to play with them as long as we can!
We really enjoyed the fact that there was on-site support from yalls coaching staff and it truly made the experience better especially for beginners. The location was great in regards to accessibility and parking. It was a bit of an inconvenience that a restroom was not made available until the 2nd half of the season and it was a hot topic amongst parents. If there was one thing we would like to see change, it would be the length of the season. It seems like as soon as the kids start to develop a relationship and become familiar with the coaches, the season is over. If the season could be extended an additional 3-4 weeks, I think it would be beneficial even if it brought up the price. We would like to also mention that your staff was a huge help and they should really be acknowledged. One individual from your staff who stood out was Mr. Brad Greene. Brad was a crucial part in the season being successful for our boys as well as the other kids. He made sure all kids got equal play time and helped build confidence in those who were lacking it. Like previously stated, if the message can be relayed to Mr. Greene, that his involvement with your organization was a huge contribution to its success, it would be appreciated.
Thank you,

First of all I want to say that my son Nicolas loves Coach John from soccer. He is a great coach and he knows what he’s doing. He talks to my son with patience when he’s lost since this is his first time playing and I appreciate that. I have nothing but good things to say about John Decubber!
On the other hand I am very disappointed with my daughter’s coach and I don’t even know if he’s a coach because he is acting like a clown in the entire practice and game.. I don’t know his name but he is always wearing crocs and I think that isn’t a good example for the kids in the field.. I think the way he’s approaching to the kids that are 3-6 years old is inappropriate.. He’s laughing very loud when one of the kids score a goal and keep loudly asking this same little guy to score all the time and make the other team feel bad… If he was a good coach he would put this guy sometimes in the goal to give the other team a chance too so they don’t get frustrated.. sorry but I think he is very unprofessional.. and one day when John wasn’t there this coach had too help my son’s team and my son ended the game crying because of this coach’s behavior…
Don’t get me wrong and I think you guys have great programs but it’s about time for you guys to have a better coach for the Cheetah’s team. Thank you.
I like all the different sports you offer to different age groups.
User friendly, Saturdays only is appreciated for us working parents, the seasons are short and sweet, well organized.
I like the weekend hours, and all the different locations offered. I like that it is casual and not overly competitive; the programs develop confidence and skills. My son looks forward to baseball every season with i9.
Like the coaches and the setup very easy to be apart of. I would like to see a two day a week option where they practice one day and then have a game on another day.
Coach Dakota
I love the convenience of same day practice and game. I like that every child gets to play regardless of skill level.
Fairness and encouragement
I really like the program at Westerville Central High School. Very organized, prompt, and there is adequate parking. The grass length was an issue for the first couple of games but appreciate I9 doing what they could to work with the venue and take care of it.
This is our first venture into sports for my son and it has been such a joy seeing him come out of his shell (he was very nervous when we first signed up). The energy and love the coaches show has been wonderful.
Easy and structured
