Jesus and his team did a great job demolishing my kitchen, very clean, organized and friendly group. Vedal and Octavio’s team including the 3 ladies who packed my 1st floor did a fantastic job as well. Nothing broke and they helped me put away my things, they had pictures to where everything went and wiped everything coming from the boxes. I did recommend Service Master to a friend of mine due to the wonderful experience I had with them.

I don't know about your service. I did have an appointment with one of your service representatives, he reviewed the damages to my home due to water damage. He was very courteous and professional. He reviewed all the damage done, I was very satisfied with the visit and hope to have the use of your services once my insurance has given the ok on my claim.
This was a site survey to determine if water was still behind the drywall and or if Black mold was present. Ramon was very meticulous in his walk through.

My ServiceMaster Restoration team lead was on site the day I contacted them. Looked over the fire damage to my front porch soffit and provided a quote. The next day a crew arrived and began work, on a Friday. The following week all cleaning and repairs had been completed at less cost than the original quote. The whole process from start to finish was fast, efficient and professional. All around outstanding customer service!
